NEXO Edge

The plant keeps running when the network doesn't.

Edge installs on a Windows machine on the plant floor. It talks to your equipment, stores the history locally, and serves the operator screens itself. The cloud is optional — useful, never load-bearing.

A NEXO Edge operator screen for a building: a one-line diagram from the grid, rooftop PV, battery storage and standby generator down to the floor, HVAC, EV charging and data-room loads, with site load, battery state of charge and the active alarm
An operator screen served by Edge itself, on the plant floor.

Fieldbus

Speaks what your equipment speaks.

Drivers are part of the product — no separate gateway to buy, licence or keep patched.

Modbus

TCP and RTU, the workhorse of the plant floor.

OPC UA

Client sessions, including certificate-secured ones.

KNX

KNX IP, up to IP Secure, for building automation.

BACnet/IP

Including Secure Connect for newer installations.

Adding a device in NEXO Edge: the protocol is picked from Modbus TCP, OPC UA, KNX and BACnet/IP, with the BACnet device instance, write priority, APDU timeout and a Who-Is discovery scan on the same form
One form, four protocols. Discovery and a probe before you commit.

SCADA pages

Draw the plant, not a table of numbers.

Hundreds of industrial symbols bound to live tags — animated by value, with commands where an operator is allowed to act.

On the machine

Everything an operator needs, served locally.

A NEXO Edge energy page: 24 hours of site load, grid import, PV generation and battery power on one chart, beside battery state of charge, state of health, full cycles, standby generator fuel level and the lifetime energy counters
History, alarms and commands come from the same machine as the data.

Trends and history

Every tag logged locally with its own retention. Compare periods, overlay series, export.

Alarms

Thresholds, conditions and delays, with acknowledgement and a full audit trail.

Scheduler and reports

Recurring actions and generated reports without a separate automation stack.

Runs as a service

Starts with Windows, survives reboots, no console session. UI reachable from the LAN.

Backup and restore

Tags, pages, dashboards and rules in one archive you can move to another machine.

Verified updates

Signed and hash-pinned, checked before installing. A failed update says so.

One installer. No prerequisites.
